Any musicians on this forum interested in playing a festival next August?
A friend of mine is organizing one which will take place at Braziers Park in Oxfordshire this August. If any bands/musicians would like to take part, email me at: porkmarras@yahoo.co.uk, and I'll put you in touch with him.
I am very likely to be playing in one form or another. Expenses and accomodation provided. I will have more info and links in the next few days. So far Faust have said yes. |
If you are interested, please also send a link to your music.

When is the deadline? (I know this might feel strange)
|
I'll find out tomorrow.

SUPERNORMAL Braziers International Artists Workshop 2010 August 8th 25th In a departure from its usual structure, BIAW 2010 will focus on organising a 2 day extravaganza open to the public on 21st and 22nd August 2010. We present SUPERNORMAL - a non-commercial festival investigating the power of arts practice to reshape and reinvigorate the public sphere through collective action. A hand-picked line-up of exciting artists and performers will appear on the festival weekend hosted by the 16 artists who have been selected to work with the co-ordinators over the previous 14 days creating a brilliant fusion of art, music, film, conversation and fun. We are calling for artists who, conscious of the social, economic, environmental and cultural challenges we face in the 21st century, are open to working together in a sustainable and inclusive way to explore arts practice in the context of the public realm. Full application details with a downloadable application form will be posted on the site by the end of February 2010. Braziers International Artists Workshop www.braziersworkshop.org |

No sir. But I did join that group thingy, and I should have some recordings as of Tuesday, so I was going to do it then. |
Cool.

Oh, incidentally - if you put your full e-mail address in this thread, it can be scavenged by spammers, and if your password isn't safe, it'll easily get brute-hacked. I'd recommend editing it to: name [at] domain [dot] co [dot] etc.
