Trying to take a fucking nap...
 

sucks when the whole world is making too much damned noise! I have been trying to take a fucking nap everyday this week since last tuesday but it is always a fucking lawnmower.. leaf blower.. family making too much noise in the house.. neighbors dogs barking.. etc etc..

lucky for me I am so damned spoiled to have only minor grievances to complain about.. some folks can't even sleep anywhere but the cold ground, and all I can complain about is that I got some sleep last night in my bed, but not enough after waking up before dawn to go to work and so I was tired tired tired..

but praised be to God I am so spoiled to have my own room (which God gives me the grace to afford to pay for) my own bed.. a job etc etc

can't sleep with ANY sound to speak of, especially music, my musician's ear starts playing lead guitar in my head and analyzing the music :(

I have been an insomniac since the womb (seriously, ask my momma about kicking around at odd hours in utero) and it was only after discovering weed that I even began to taste what you humans call sleep. Also, I absolutely HAVE to nap before 3pm or else I will not fall asleep at night, a nap after 3pm or longer than 20-30 minutes is like a hot rail of meth to me (which coincidentally as an insomnia is literally the only drug I have never even had the desire to try let alone abuse) and will keep me up until the following sunrise :(
