6music: The Axe Factor.
 

It's a UK radio station which is holding a poll to decide which are the best guitarists of the last 30 years. It's compiled a list of 40 which it deigned worthy of voting for. Personally, I think some of its choices are dubious, but at least Thurston Moore is on the list, who I'm definitely voting for. :)

I probably would've given my choice more thought if either of these other personal favourites were on the list. There would've been a good chance I wouldn't have voted for Thurston if they were:

Robin Guthrie
Will Sargent
Daniel Ash
Julian Swales
Dan Auerbach

Oh well, that's a relief then. All of us who aren't lazy and inconsiderate can continue to focus on the other thread.
