Sonic Youth will be playing on Rove live on July 25th, this will be for what I can remember the first time sonic youth have even got a mention on commercial TV in Australia.........

Alright! 25/7/06 SY on Rove. 26/7/06 i'm seeing them live. I bet they'll play Incinerate :(

well, actually, i've seen them mentioned by Axle on Video Hits not once, but twice :eek:!!!! yes it's true. once when talking with Ben Lee and other time talking about You Am I.... still, the whole Rove thing is freaking me out a little, i wouldn't be surprised if he refers to SY as like 'new kids on the music scene' or something. pfft.
