New Electro Harmonix pedal line coming out
This is the only pic i could find unfortunately:
![]() New Electro-Harmonix Pedals Apparently Electro-Harmonix didn't get the memo that everything is supposed to be bigger in Texas. The Nano line of pedals takes all of the classic EHX effects and puts them into smaller size boxes, perfect for cramped pedalboards. Included with the Nano series includes the reissues of the LPB-1 linear power booster and the Switchblade channel switcher pedals, retro-fit in smaller, pedalboard friendly casing. Aside from the Nano series, Electro-Harmonix also added new pedals to their Micro line, taking the same effects found in bigger boxes, but cramming them into smaller boxes. The new Hum Debugger pedal takes care of all those those unwanted buzzings and ground loops, allowing for both normal and strong thresholds to squash obtrusive noise. Big thinking, small boxes.

Thanks, Chout. I want a Dr. Q.
Fuck yeah!!! I love EH pedals, but my only problem with them is that they are so big! I've been DIEING to get a EH Pulsar tremolo for quite some time. I think it's really the best soundng and diverse tremolo pedal for such a moderate price. I was never able to get one before because it wouldnt fit on my pedal board. But now with this new line of smaller EH pedals, I'll pick one up as soon as I get the cash. Fuck yeah.

When are the new lines coming out? I want to be the first one in line for them.
This is info from the summer NAMM show that is happening right now. There's usually a little delay before they come out.
Damn! I want them now! I'm so fucking impatient. But I can't know that something so cool is going to come out so soon and know about it. It's like waiting for christmas.
Yeah, they are looking quite appealing to me too...I have too many already though!!!
The Polyphase reissue should be way cool. I love my Polychorus.
Psh. If that's your problem, I can hold your old ones. You know, to save space and whatnot.
Haha thanks for the offer, but...
the big muff pi was supossed to be a badass distortion pedal.
have any of you played with one? |
I had a russian big muff that i traded in towards a fuzz factory. I will eventually buy another. Thick as fuck.
That's awesome!
Shop attack soon. |

I bought the new EH Little Big Muff shortly after speaking to Kurt, the guitarist from J Mascis' side project Witch. He said it sounded practically the exact same as the full sized NYC reissue and damn, he was right! It sounds great. It's not quite as good as the full sized NYC reissue, but it gets so close that it doesn't really matter. Great tone and such a fuzzy, distorted sound that it makes me use it in everything I play. I almost never play anything clean anymore. It's always a fuzz box. |
I am so glad to see they finally figured out that those huge cases are kind of a pain to deal with.

I was considering one of these eventually, but Ill have to look into the even newer ones first. Someone said the lil big muff doesnt have as much output as the bigger ones. I don't mind, just as long as you can crank it higher than your dry guitar signal. How's the output on yours? |
Hmm, I kinda like the "giantness" of EH pedals, but then again I don't have a whole lot of pedals (I have a Russian Big Muff Pi, a Small Clone, and an Ibanez FL9 flanger reissue, and that's it, though down the road I wanna get a MoogerFooger MuRF), and right now I'm not gigging.
