Anyone Going To Any Concerts Soon ?
 

So is anyone here eagerly awaiting a show to go to. Most of my favorite bands aren't touring right now. (when is lightning bolt or mudhoney gonna tour their new stuff in america).It seems like most of the good concerts wont come about til summer (sonic youth).I'm looking forward to seeing Built To Spill in May though, i can't wait. Their shows are mindblowing so i try and get a good view from up front.

can't wait!!! especially since i couldn't go see mogwai

I want to go see French Toast (ex. makeup of Fugazi and the Nation of Ulysses), but it's not all ages. I really don't like living in Ottawa, not too many good bands come around.

I've hopefully got Mogwai and Giant Drag (for the 3rd time) next month. Mudhoney are only playing Nottingham and London as the UK shows before ATP... which sucks, I can't travel all that way during exam season.... pfft!

-depeche mode (probably i'm going to stay outside to listen i'm too broke to buy tickets and they are going to be sold out in 5 minutes)
-xiu xiu, traveling state lines but i'm not missing them this time!!

there's a midwest indie showcase of sorts that covers a few days in me hometown in about a week that i'm gonna check out. and after that, BONNAROO!

I saw and hung out with experimental drum virtuoso Susie Ibarra last Friday.. she rocks in general!

I'm going to see a local trad jazz band on Sunday afternoon.

im going to portland noise fest next week, pretty stoked. not just cause im playing but because of all the amazing acts playing...
