Does anyone know where I can download classic old games? Specifics I'm looking for are Alleyway (or something like (old Gameboy game)), Jezzball, oh, who knows what else. Gotta be free and totally spyware-free.

If you can't run DOS games, though, you'll need the DOSBox. I have problems with some of them, but quite a few of them work.

You'll first need to get the emulator for the system it's on (i.e., a Gameboy emulator for Alleyway) and then download the ROM for the game and open it through the emulator.

Depending on what you want, there are other sites. But those are the best. Cherryroms.com is good for SNES stuff (though it's down now, I think), and CoolROM.com can be a good source for "copyrighted" games (though it does have minimal porn.)

i just downloaded Chips Challenge. pretty different cos its an older computer game.. fun as hell though!

Actually Jezzball is one game I've had a hard time getting without spyware crap. I shy away from it after one bad encounter.

I used to play Chip's Challenge all the time. I forgot about that...

No, it's like a rectangular box with balls bouncing around, and you have to make the box smaller while keeping the balls inside. I think.

It's like 2+ balls bouncing around pong-like, but you click on the screen to expand walls from that point, and try to block them into smaller areas. If the balls touch the wall while it's expanding it stops and you lose a "life." Then if you successfully block off an area with no balls in it, it fills in. You have to fill in a certain percent of the area.

Oh I gotcha.
