if you're angry and you know it clap your hands!

my grandpa has dementia and he burned his house down today and my grandma crashed her car when she came home and saw the fire trucks, plus my uncle had to be taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation and they had to drag me into the whole mess. i ended up driving nearly an hour all the way out to their house from work and then getting told to go home. now i'm stomping about in an angry stupor.

bitch about your day!

Pookie 09.01.2006 04:19 PM

You think you've had a bad day? I had to watch The Cat In The Hat today.

Alex's Trip 09.01.2006 04:20 PM

I went to the Olive Garden.

HaydenAsche 09.01.2006 04:22 PM

Damn, that sucks. My day was quite enjoyable.

I got to class at about 7:45, casually late of course, and finished before everyone and left early. Then, I went home and had a kind of nap, I laid in bed with my cat. At about 11:30 I went to the local chinese restaurant for tofu. Thank goodness for 5 dollar lunch specials. Afterwords, we went tubing and it was fun. I, of course, didn't do any tubing but I videotaped my friend doing a barrel-roll over the wake. It was rad. Tonight we are going to play cards at the coffee shop after close probably. I love having Fridays and Saturdays off of work.

HaydenAsche 09.01.2006 04:25 PM

No. I laid in bed and tried to sleep while my cat slept at the foot of my bed.

I don't drink, so, no. I've never been drunk at sea.

sounds like a new grand national champion of bad days going on there...

Maybe you just thought you saw it...

Yesterday I potentially ruined the last friendship I had. Again. Though it now seems to be working itself out, so today was alright.

*claps*

Was Ice Age 2 any good? I liked the first one; it was the best movie for kids in awhile. I haven't seen Cars.

Luckily, Kitty didn't like it very much and insisted I read the books to her after. I'm glad the experience didn't ruin Dr. Seuss for her forever.

cryptowonderdruginvogue 09.01.2006 04:47 PM

Oh, and Pookie's daughter is beautiful.

You call my daughter beautiful and rep is guaranteed. Well, it would be if they'd let me.

And ditto for your gorgeous children.

We really should have a separate thread for these things, to avoid inducing vomiting by non-parents.

Cantankerous 09.01.2006 05:27 PM

your daughter is the cutest little girl i have ever seen, and that is no lie or an attempt to dig for rep.

Pookie 09.01.2006 05:31 PM

Well you've got it anyway because I wasn't allowed to give it to you for the pic you posted.

Cantankerous 09.01.2006 05:32 PM

the one with the sparkly hat and the red hair?

Pookie 09.01.2006 05:36 PM

Why, have you posted any others?
