It's a really easy song, the bass in particular.
Figuring stuff out by ear is not that hard in a lot of cases, and I think this one wouldn't be all that big of a challenge.

Just play the root notes of the guitar chords? I guess that's the best (and probably most incorrect) way to do it. If you want to just play along with the guitarist that is.
