Don't worry if clinton did it, you could totally be it.

it would be nice if their wasa female presidrnt but can anyone honestly see it happening in america?

I can, but I know what you mean.

it is actually quite likely that you'll get rice versus clinton 2008.

the only other option for me would be pelosi but she's already proved that she will be one of the greatest majority speaker's the US has ever had.

if rice or clinton don't run in 08 or 12 then i can't see them ever running again and it will be a number of years before you ever get a woman running for president again.

but yeah i'd love to see a woman as president.

A woman running for president is one thing, winning is another. Rice could run for president, and she not only would be a woman but a black woman. Two birds with one stone kind of thing, but the fact that she would run most likely under the Republican ticket means I'm very unlikely to vote for her. My mom is not registered to vote, and its a long story as to why that is. I tell her she should make the effort that she needs in order to get registered, but like me she is rather disgusted by elections as it is. She had said that if Hillary Clinton ran she would register and would vote for her. Clinton could very likely win if she ran, yet you know Whitewater will probobly be drudged up again and remember she was even more connected to that scandel then Bill was. So, for me, I have no issue with a woman running for Prez, would I vote for her? That remains to be seen. I wouldn't vote for her simply because of the novelty of her being a woman. Sad to say but even now, I think there is just too much prejudice within this country for a woman to win the presidency. I think many southern states would hesitate to give thier vote to a woman, and in Rice's case, I do think unfortunately for the more close-minded voters in southern states her color will be a factor. I'd like to think in my lifetime a woman will eventually become president. I just wonder what it will take to get there.
