I'm going to guess that links to the Swans song by the same name... if it is, beautiful song... just like Blood Promise and I Crawled.
The first disc from the double live Swans Are Dead is really amazing, although not many Swans fans seem to dig their final years.

the dead versoins been one of my favorite trax ever since the first time i heard it, so i just downed this live swans show expercting it to be the same version, and its not. . excellent. still an amzing version. put that on yer headphones and try not to feel the happiness, cuz it wont work.
