such amazing craftsmanship. i loved his monster creations in those films, the medusa especially. it would be nice if films where still made with stop motion monsters instead of cgi.

even puppets are more REAL than the CGI. An actor cannot convincingly act opposite a tennis ball on a stick.

The only big name director I can think of that still cares to make models and the like in the same vein is Guillermo Del Toro.
