Really? Ground Zero Plays Standards, or Ground Zero Last Concert. If you haven't heard/ procured these I'll send them to you post-haste. Plays Standards is one of my favourite records of ever.

Yep...listen to Glice, those two are magnificent. I think Last Concert is my favourite.

It's that last song with that sax that sounds like a bazouki going on FOREVER. I was listening to that just yesterday. Fucking incredible. Iain, have you got Consume Red? I've not been able to find it thus far.

I'm probably the sort of person whose fault it is that the programme's being axed. I always mean to listen to it, but it's not on at a terribly convenient hour.

I don't think there's many people who would listen to it live. I try and 'listen again', but one often forgets. If they moved it back to the Sunday night slot that Kershaw's on, I'd probably go back to listening to it every week.

I think that might be some sort of odd Korean instrument or something. I think that bit is actually a sample apparently.

I did have a copy of Consume Red but I don't know if I still do (downloaded obviously). I'll have a look. Consume Red is basically the last track from Last Concert but longer and slighty different.

i should listen to the radio here more. i do all the time in berlin but never in england.
