The Audion Guide To Nurse With Wound

EDITORIAL
Well, obviously anyone reading this publication is a fan or keen follower of the music of Nurse With Wound, so we won't bore you with lots of twoddle as to why we've put this guide together. We all know that Nurse With Wound are amongst the most important of bands from the 80's through till now, and that in recent years their output has become increasingly confused for the casual collector, and thus such a discography has been amongst the most requested items from Audion readers.
Anyway, to compliment the Audion #28 interview "Chance Meeting At The Rock 'n' Roll Station" you'll find this is much more than just the discography we planned a year or so ago. Here you will find an in depth listing complete with track details, musicians, other information, etc., a list of other albums Steven Stapleton has been involved in, as well as an analysis of the Nurse With Wound list, and reviews of Nurse With Wound reprinted from earlier issues of Audion.
We hope you find it a useful publication!

Thanks for this!
The Freeman bros are opinionated, but also a highly valuable resource that is as well-informed as they come.

Really? I've never read anything that came across as that opinionated. And they seem like nice blokes. Well Alan anyway...he's really friendly and helpful.

I didn't mean it like it was a bad thing in the slightest. I just meant that they tend to present their info from their own perspective and with their own tastes made evident. I actually like this better than a dry presentation of LP titles and tracklistings with neutral descriptions of what the music sounds like.

I love their magazine and their books.

Oh right, I see what you mean. In their record shop they have stickers on pretty much everything which give you a brief summary of what it sounds like and they do occaisionally say if something is a bit rubbish...
