A thread from the seas

I've been gone on a cruise for a while. I finally got internet access. I would use the internet cafe on the boat but it is 50 cents a minute at an incredibly slow speed AND myspace is blocked. So I jumped ship at Puerto Villarta (and by that I mean, walked off the boat into the port) and I'm in an internet cafe where it costs 30 pesos (3 bucks) for an hour, and it is fast. So...the cruise itself isn't so bad, but I still think I'd rather be home (I'm crazy I know). I think I'm going to gain 10 pounds.

TALK TO ME. QUICK.

Time is money, so I shouldn't waste your time.
And yet....could I be doing it now?....Nah, no way. I'll deny it.

Nothing on this forum is a waste of time.

Reading House of Leaves, watching some movies on board (X-Men 3, which I've seen already), playing chess on a giant chess board, and Pokemon Ruby.

Creme Brule (or however you spell that) is amazing. Why haven't I had it before?

Alex's Trip 01.16.2007 06:53 PM

...and I refuse to swim.

k-krack 01.16.2007 06:53 PM

I've always wanted to try Creme Brulée.

that's lame a thing to do on a cruise. is it a senior tourism trip or something?

Eh, I don't care. I'm having fun. There are a lot of old people. There is a thing for teenagers. I went once, and there were a bunch of assholes and weirdoes that did lame things like play DDR and the game of Life. My sister can't come either because 18 is too old (you have to be 13-17). Not to mention, they lost my room key (it was a deposit thing so I didn't steal any of their crap). I would be in there everyday playing tekken 5 with my sister, but as I said, she's too old.
