Oh I dig the no-smoking at concerts
all bars now in Houston have a patio area to smoke at if one wants.
but you are right, only a very few select places were "grandfathered" into allowing smoking in Houston. One is a cigar bar very upscale (of course. only the rich's toys are left alone) and a nic eplace to smoke a cigar but it is not convenient
