im happy brazil is ahead and it was an awesome goal but that's about the only brilliant play i've seen them do. they are all fallen back with ivory coast trying to put pressure of them and can't do much on the offensive. then lucio playing and fucking up as a right forward. dunga used to do that, and he was awesome, but if i recall he wasn't a fullback, but maybe he's wanting to turn the whole team into a reflection of himself-- a defender who goes on the attack.

sure, you can win 1-0, but it's a risky proposition. i'm really not enjoying brazil's game, they are organized, yes, and they are winning, but it's a dull fucking way to play. much to my chagrin i'll have to pick a new favorite team if they continue like this.

edit: ah shit luis fabiano again, shutting me up-- it's flashes of individual brilliance that keep brazil entertaining. if there were only more... there might have been a hand though.
