Interesting...i have been pondering the subjest of work productivity lately and I honestly have grown to not give a fuck anymore. I was raised hard workin country girl. I went over and above the expectations of my bosses at any job I have ever had. I learned that when you work hard they give you raises. THen .....I came to this office furniture shit dump and realized after 2 years that they don't give a fuck about me so why should I give a fuck about them. Being a Canadian based business they opened these dealerships down here so they could enjoy thier florida condos. I was sold on them being this nice Catholic family company all the ownerse are related ass well asmany of the Canadian employees. But we are not treated as such down here. They expect me to drag my 30 lb PC home every night and work at home for FREE because they will not pay overtime but expect a fast turn around. This is ILLEGAL by the way. THE FUCKING VOICE MAIL DOESNT EVEN WORK HERE for gods sake! We investigated a non primative system and they are too fuckin cheap to pay for it. I am already being paid less than what I am worth and feel as though I must own the place. Everyone depends on me to fix thier fucking problems all at the same time. Its like the office must close if gails not here the world will end. I'm just a stupid underpaid designer working in a disfunctional office setting. I fucking hate drawing cad now. They took away my love for design. No one will help or listen up there. they just sweep it under the rug and we just have to deal with it.
so my answer is FUCK NO I will give them the same respect they give me. NONE
