wtf. everyone gets lazier when they sleep a lot.
the more you sleep the more you get used to sleeping a lot.
im exactly the same, terrible mood if i dont sleep enough, sometimes i need to take a nap just to change my mood a bit. i'm unable to wake up when i need to, and it takes me hours to come back to the real world, in fact i only feel like i'm really up in the evening.
i think thats pretty common.
about my need for many hours doctor said it's caused by an irregular sleep pattern and aenemia.
and bipolar disorder doesn't 'turn' into schitzophrenia. the schitzophrenic person is usually... schitzophrenic. there are certain ages and periods in life where it manifests itself, that's all.
