No shit dude, they're on 4AD, of course they got a good rating, Ariel Pink did too, but that's not my point, I don't really care about the Pitchfork ratings and it doesn't have an influence on the opinion I have of a record.
PS: I saw Deerhunter live in May and they weren't bad at all, I loved how the sound of the bass guitar was much more up front than any other instrument. However, The Dodos (band playing just before, it was a small festival actually) were better although Deerhunter were headlining.
