what i posted are not dishes on their own, just parts of things i made...
i usually have a very varied plate, with lots of different flavors on them. tonight i had quinoa with a fresh tomato sauce and a nice salad. yesterday we made veggie moussaka here (with lentils and chickpeas instead of meat)
the smell of meat or fish doesn't make me want to eat it. i never liked eating it, which resulted in endless fights at te dinner table. so i stopped eating meat about twelve years ago. i don't miss it. i also dislike eating fries too often. way too greasy.
and for the record, i don't feel miserable. where did you get that idea?
