Exactly. Masturbation -- and what you get off to -- isn't sad or weird... but for him, it's absolutely a real addiction, that has made him incapable of having a real relationship with a girl. He told me before he really thinks he needs help for his masturbation addiction, since he's 24 and has never had a girlfriend (never even spoken to a girl, unless he had to, like for a class project) and he said part of the reason is that he wants a girl that is like the hentai girls he watches. He has admitted to me that it has warped his mind. He is embarassed about it, of course, and has no idea where to look for help...
