You have to be VERY stupid to think that is the only issue "stoners" have with prohibition; getting caught. How about being able to sit at a "cafe" with outdoor seating on a sunny day and enjoy a joint? How about being treated like an adult by my government? How about the punishment fitting "the crime"??
