Oh my God, hev, what on Earth does pot legalization have to do with religion? Surely if you're as intelligent as you profess to be you must realize that a lot of Americans who claim to be religious only read/care about the passages that reinforce their safe, boring lifestyles! In their minds, God may have created marijuana but smoking it leads to abusing harder drugs, makes you stupid, and leads you away from all things holy. God also created tornadoes, volcanoes, and venomous snakes...do you think the average suburban idiot would embrace those simply because the Bible said everything in nature is created by God?
Why must you pick every thread about something you like being endangered and blame it on religion?
