I've been particularly fond of C A# D# A C C, a tuning I invented two or three years ago.
I also really love open F. C F C F A F. It's used on Led Zeppelin's Bron-Y-Aur Stomp, and it's just a wonderful open tuning. It's nice for slide, and I like to play "Answering Machine" by the Replacements on it. (the best tab out there for which is in open A, but I find it works in the lower key of open F very well too)
