Timeline of Events
November 1992
After a long tour with Nirvana, Krist goes home to Aberdeen to enjoy what he called "the most amazing Thanksgiving dinner I've had all year."
December 24,1992
Novoselic continues to stay in Aberdeen throughout Christmastime, making an appearance as a drunken Santa at the local shopping mall, and then later celebrating Christmas eve on his roof in the nude.
December 25, 1992
Krist recieves a razorblade and an old newspaper for Christmas, he cried tears of joy.
December 31, 1992 - January 1, 1993
Krist gets extremely drunk and spends the next day regretting getting drunk the night before.
February - May 1993
Novoselic goes on tour once again, this time singing backing vocals on Smells Like Teen Spirit upon Kurt's insistence.
April 20, 1993
Krist starts his own solo project, a 200-song catalogue known as the "Foo Fighters" project. It is unknown what became of all these songs.
June 27, 1993
Krist officially decides to quit Nirvana, claiming Dave Grohl tried to molest him. Grohl stands by his statement that Novoselic consented. Kurt managed to keep this news from becoming public.
July 2, 1993
Krist is reportedly seen at a corner store, purchasing a bag of Dorito's brand tortilla chips, ranch flavored. He signs one fan an autograph, which said "Call me sometime, sugartits." This was the last time anyone saw Krist alive.
July 4, 1993
This is the estimated day of Krist's death. He died sometime within the early morning hours of the day.
July 5, 1993
Krist is found by Eddie Vedder in his Aberdeen apartment, with one foot shoved directly up his mouth and subsequently out of his left ear opening. Someone had obviously stabbed him to death.
July 7, 1993
Upon his request, Krist was cremated and had his ashes placed sporadically into various condiment containers. His favorite song, "(My Girl Wants To) Party All The Time" by Eddie Murphy was playing softly in the background.
July 8, 1993
Kurt and Dave decide that Nirvana is too important to end because of Krist's death, and make the decision to hide Novoselic's death by getting a "replacement" Krist. The replacement, who's real name remains unknown, continues to pretend to be Krist for no reason at all to this very day.
