great works of karel appel and other artist
they wanted the sell the collection in one piece and keep it for the public
they tried 3 years to do that
that failed because there was not enough money been given
so they had to sell the collection in different places
sotheby's auctioned some paintings in china
this month some works in the netherlands
and other countries
the cool thing was these artworks were standing in the sigaret factory
people who worked there were surrounded by great art
