As stu666 has mentioned, this actually has nothing to do with COIL. Only thing in common between this japanese combo and Jhonn Balance and company's band is the sharing of the same name. Sound-wise, they aren't in any way similar, either. I tried to point that out in my former post. By listing the line-up that performed that show, i thought i'd make it clear this was a different entity. My apologies, it seems i'm not very articulate sometimes. I think you might have been expecting something different from this recording. I'm glad you enjoyed what you heard, though.

So yeah, this ain't listed at COIL's discogs database, because it is a different band; and even if it were actually the COIL we are familiar with, i think it wouldn't be at discogs either, considering that it's not an officially released album, or even a bootleg that has circulated as a silver CD. This is actually a recording of a live performance taped by a member of the audience most likely with a DAT recorder, and i bet it came originally from dimeadozen, or a similar tracker. I wish i could have more info, but i've already posted all i've got.
