You know what I hate? I think some of those sellers on ebay or amazon who actually have company names and websites and whatnot are some skinny smelly teenagers that happen to live nearby a shop.
Because you buy something, you pay for it, and two weeks later you get an email saying "sorry we don't have your item in stock". You mean you sell things you don't even have hoping your mother will drive you to the shopping mall and you'll find it there, but sometimes you don't.
