Cosmic Smash. Aside from Resident Evil: Code Vernoica, and Chu Chu Rocket - I'm pretty sure it's my favorite Dreamcast game ever. It's like a mixture of Virtua Tennis, Rez, and Arkanoid/Break Out (whatever you prefer to call it).
