Yeah, I don't like the summer and get major depressed over it. Which kind of defines reversal SAD.

Last summer I was out with my friend and I complained to her about the sun burning my skin. She said "but it's kind of nice, right?" "like when someone spills hot coffee on you? no". SO SHE TOLD ME there must be something wrong with me because other people don't feel that way?

I managed to sort this out by switching hemispheres once a year, it works well but not so easy to do.

Everything is hard to do during summer. Hard to find any energy to go out to do anything at all, you have less energy, walk slower, you burn, your legs seem heavy and you're tired after 15 minutes. It's hard to breathe, the air seems heavier. Nothing you do makes you feel any better, no escape, 3 months of this intrusive sunlight.
