Until you take into consideration that Obama hasn't changed many of the Bush Administration's Polices. Obama hasn't closed Guantanamo Bay and now knows how important it is for GTMO to remain open. OH - and the "torture" practices Obama campaigned on and swore to put an end to, these interrogation practices are still going on today......and these continued practices is what led to Bin Laden's whereabouts. So all in all, I say the Bush legacy still has an outside chance : )
