I've got a Stratocaster. My only qualm with it is whenever I'm wanting some extra "crunch", it's nearly impossible to push out of the instrument. But then again, it wasn't designed to be a crunchy guitar. It's perfect for most things I do...for a while punky/noisy/blues-based rock (not too un-akin to Stooges, but a bit more improvisational)...lately I've been exploring weirdo gypsy eastern style scales...guitar works perfectly for this stuff as well. Very clean guitar that plays beautifully. Just sometimes, ya know, I'll wanna get dirty/droney and it's not the best guitar in the world for that. Like the idea of getting a Les Paul or either a guitar made by Electrical Guitar Company one day (solid aluminum guitars, uber gorgeous).

Also have an old piece of shit Ibanez Silver Cadet. Early 90's guitar I believe. It's interesting and fun to play but not relaly worth discussing. ha

A few random weirdo old acoustics laying around. Castilla Hummingbird copy and this little nylon string Brazilian guitar which is super fun to play. nice warm tones/etc.

I've got what I've got.
