Yeah, this is really an amazing (and amazingly depressing) book! The alternate reality PKD creates here is pretty realistic.. and the alt. reality in the alt. reality is what really makes it an incredible amazing story.
The book is about an alt. reality in which the Axis won WW2, and in this reality, some author wrote an alt. reality in which the Allies won WW2.
