it is normal to have such thoughts; i have seen that when something bad occupies your being, a problem you have that probably is or you consider it very bad and serious, something worse strikes you, so/and you snap out of the 1st bad that is happening to you.
on the other hand, i noticed that all those past months with some changes i had in my life, i have thought about death almost zero times or far less than i am used to.
