Despite all appearances, this is not a public message board legally. When one signs up they agree to abide by the decisions of the moderators. It is, therefore, essentially private property & a private Sonic Youth club that opens up its membership to the general public, but only under certain terms, conditions & restrictions.
In other words, one could never successfully bring a lawsuit against (the official name of the business which I have thoughtfully edited out for security reasons) if one's posts were deleted for any reason since all material herein is the property of (the official name of the business which I have thoughtfully edited out for security reasons).
