mix the high brain science and make weapons of mass destruction
why would someone use brain to make clusterbombs, chemical weapons, nucliar weapons, landmines, granades and plutonium enriched amunition?

because the animal is too stupid to realize that when you give weapons to animals you open the door to endless wars
