You mean Terrence McKenna? he was a brilliant metaphysician but I never bought into his timewave zero.
He believed the mushrooms allowed the brain to act as a tranceiver to other dimensional consciousness. He once asked the other consciousness how the world could save itself. The immediate answer was one child per couple, this would serve to reduce the population quickly within a few generations. It is absolutely against cancer regime policy where population growth must only be allowed if it is uncontrolled.
