Vampyros Lesbos is probably all the Jess Franco you'll ever need. The frustrating thing is that after seeing it, you might (as I did) want to check out some of his other stuff just to find that none of it really comes close. He's in the Guinness Book of Records as the most prolific director ever but I honestly think he only made one really good film. (Some people rave about the Awful Dr Orloff but I couldn't get into it).

EDIT: She Killed in Ecstasy is another good one.
