Quite the reverse, in fact.

Willy Wonka is a wake-up call to reds everywhere, a call to reject socialism and move to a mor elibertarian ideal. It's a tale of the 'little man' (ably represented by the use of children) and his unquestioning loyalty to his 'leader', in this case Mr Wonka. Kept poor whilst listening to how lucky he is to have his leader, the little man is placated by small concessions and the promise that his life might be changed by having closer contact and more gifts from the leader. There are warning signs everywhere, such as the the oompa loompas (who show that in a socialist society there are no such thing as individuals, merely armies of the indistinct proletariat who are there to follow the state). There is no chance that the little man will ever have a real say, no chance that he will ever improve his lot, other than the vague promise of more treats for being good ie toeing the party line. However, the warnings are ignored and trust continues to be placed in the power-crazed leader until the bitter end.
