some minutes ago, say, 40 maybe? i ate slices of freshly killed deer liver sauteed in irish butter. i could have used cheap butter but that would have been an affront. i mean since i had the choice of butters.
then i deglazed the pan with cognac and poured that on the slices. salt and fresh ground pepper. ate with fat glasses of shiraz. still drinking that (3r or 4th glass). thinking of moving up to cognac.
great starter for the evening fucking a right.
