We were in Gruene, Tx this morning and saw an old placard at a dance hall. Year was 1952 and the hall was featuring Hank Williams, Red Foley, and Ray Price. In small letters at the bottom of the placard was: " New and upcoming singer: Patsy Cline." The best part was: Special Seating $1.25, Reserved Seats 75 cents, General Admission 50 cents.
