Swag? They only just crept in via the playoffs. Even before Ribery's injury they were hardly bigging themselves up. If anything them, Holland, England and Italy spent most of the pre-tournament buildup trying to
down-play their chances. False modesty maybe (although not in the case of England) but modest nonetheless.
