just had a breakfast that can best be described through the procedure:

julienned some slices of salt pork, rendered/fried

tossed in greens

added garbanzos cooked from scratch on friday and a splash of their water

topped with a couple of fried eggs (in salt pork fat).

sprinkled with red chile flakes.
