Yes. That was the general idea. Though we both agreed that it was a great album and a masterpiece in an almost objective way. It's just that we both had an easier time blasting through At.Long.Last.A$AP or Summertime '06 than TPAB.

I've come to realize how I like to hear the album... and that is on a random track by track basis, as part of a hip hop or "Best of 2015" playlist. When songs like "King Kunta" and "The Blacker the Berry" and "Mortal Man" come up against other shit, it's impossible to deny the jarring excellence of the music. I still don't listen to the album from start to finish much, but I bump individual tracks all the time.

It was just... well, you know... It was just a bit too much!!
