That aside, I strongly disagree with the decision for reasons stated above, and remind you all that the 9th Circuit is frequently overruled by the US Supreme Court, except that, now that the Supreme Court has only eight members, 4 liberal and 4 conservative, any evenly split ruling (quite likely in this matter) will be resolved by upholding the 9rth Circuit's ruling.
And, how do I feel about that?

That's a really nauseating advertisement. I can't believe how stupid everything is right now. Anyway, so you feel... Easy Rider about it? Born to be Wild about it?
I don't know that a half and half split in the US Supreme Court is really all that likely, with more and more Republicans and conservatives speaking out to oppose the order.
