nitrogen bubbles are smaller than co2 bubbles (soda bubbles) so they form a thick velvety head like guinness

(they also kill you when you come out too quickly from a deep dive)

nitrogen is a pretty stable gas that’s ~70% of the atmosphere at sea level. it’s not a noble gas and it’s not inert. but it’s pretty stable.

so, nitrous (oxide) is the laughing gas the dentist gives you and is also in the whipped cream

cold brew is coffee that’s brewed with cold water instead of hot. it’s smoother/less acidic than hot brew but takes a long time. it also has a shelf life, meaning you dont have to drink it in 10 minutes or it sucks. it just sucks by default lolololol. so you have to add cream and sugar and stuff.

iced coffee is just how it’s served. which may or may not have been cold brew but it’s served with ice.

i dont know what is nitrous brewed.but i put cream in my guinness xD
