What's completely off here is: how did this guy landed this gig in THIS administration, where everybody else is either fully incompetent or an anti-matter official (Pruit in charge of the EPA, DeVos as secretary of Education, etc.), or, most likely, both? Somebody fucked up and chose the right person!
