I would definitely recommend some metal, especially if you're going to exercise to it. I be diggin' me some Behemoth, Satyricon, Promethean, and Krisiun while running in the morning.

i couldn't agree more with your suggestions.

early mars volta is awesome, i'm still burnt out on de-loused but you can't deny that it's an amazing album.

behemoth and satyricon are amazing, i was especially surprised by satyricon's new one, now diabolical, it's a good return to form (i don't know where you stand on volcano and those other albums); dark medieval times is bm classic. i haven't given krisiun a chance and will check out promethean.
