Gov. Steve Sisolak issued a formal proclamation Thursday to call the Nevada Legislature into its second special session beginning at 9 a.m. Friday, July 31.

In the proclamation, the following policy items are included for consideration:

WHY. IS. MAIL-IN BALLOT. WRONG? It is legal, it is extremely appropriate during this pandemic, and unless you can prove Nevada is expecting a few Jumbo-jets sent by Xi Jinping jam-packed with fake votes to favor Biden, you can go fuck a goat.
